A talented team of wedding creatives came together to create this elegant lodge wedding inspiration. A beautiful backdrop, vibrants florals, and soft tablescapes make this the perfect inspiration for a Midwest wedding. We especially love the behind the scenes video that you can check out here!
The beautiful Buffalo Lodge is located among the rolling hills of Kingsville, Missouri. The lodge began with the dream of restoring buffalo to their native lands. While witnessing the joy and wonder of these majestic animals, owners Amy and Michael Billings began to envision a way to share the beauty that surrounded them. Guests are treated to a private setting, amazing views, picturesque backdrops, and modern amenities. Couples wanting a hint of rustic flare and elegant finishes can enjoy natural wood timers, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, and a patio that gazes out onto the luscious green. For our feature, a contrasting color and style was set against the natural elements of the lodge. Soft and romantic colors including pinks, peaches, yellows, and touches of wildflowers. The rustic timber mantle is filled with honeysuckle vines, white lilac, boxwood, and bursts of color. Our lovely bride walks the patio with grace and style, even stopping to visit the buffalo. A carefully placed pink parasol blocks the sun while she explores the land. The serenity of nature and fresh air of the outdoors at Buffalo Lodge creates an ideal setting for any gathering. Relax and enjoy the buffalo quietly graze amidst the amber hues of the fading sun. – Andrea K. Grist Floral Designs
