Sarah and Mark shared a backyard eclectic wedding on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota. We love all the colorful details of their fun wedding day. They had a food truck serve dinner and a hot dog cart for a late night snack – yum, now we are hungry! Enjoy this bohemian inspired midwest wedding.
More about the wedding from the Bride: We met on Facebook, a mutual friend was having a record sale and we were replied that we were going. Mark saw my profile picture playing a guitar and decided to check me out and sent me a message. We wanted a budget wedding, one that was fun and casual and reflected who we are. We both are musicians, love spending time outdoors, and are foodies; so we decided music, nature and local food would be our focus for the day. Our love of music inspired us to write our own song performed by our good friends during the ceremony and to hire a fun old-time band for cocktail hour. Our love of nature inspired the venue choice and the local flowers and floral/natural theme throughout. Our love of local food and the casual atmosphere inspired us to rent a food truck that uses all local meat and produce and to hire a local hot-dog cart for a late-night snack.
