Back with part two of the Erich McVey Workshop Wind Shoot. I was thrilled when Kate Weinstein contacted me about featuring these images. One of the goals of Midwest Bride is to bring more of the fine art wedding and film photography trends to the Midwest region. These images provide so much inspiration – enjoy!
Here are Kate Weinstein‘s thoughts on this shoot, “This “Wind” inspired shoot was styled by Ginny Au at the Erich McVey workshop in Bend, Oregon. Ginny styled the shoots around the four elements, and for this shoot she was inspired by wind.”
Kate’s overview of the workshop, “The workshop consisted of classes during the day where were learned about the business of photography, and shooting techniques. In the evening we would head out to photograph wedding shoots, followed by time to socialize at dinner. We stayed in cabins with other photographers which allowed us to really get to know each other better. The workshop was an amazing opportunity to share ideas and learn from eachother, and there was a real spirit of camaraderie surrounding the entire week.”
