Happy Thanksgiving! So much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. We are savoring the last bit of fall with this Kansas apple orchard wedding inspiration. It is perfect for those of us who prefer apple pie to pumpkin pie. Enjoy!
Heres what Melissa & Beth had to say about the shoot:
We shot the session this fall at the peak of apple season while the orchard was overflowing with scrumptious red and green apples! The gorgeous fall bouquet by Red Door Event & Design was made up of orange tulips, Gloriosa lilies, smoke bush, viburnum berries, apricot stock, red and green apples, red spray roses, sedum, antique hydrangea, alstromeria, and fresh apples! The desserts by Cami’s Cake Co. included a salted caramel apple cake, caramel & candy apples, a classic apple pie, and a rustic buttercream cutting cake topped with a small apple- the simplest cake that because the centerpiece of the shoot! Indie Olive Paper & Press Boutique created all of the stationary- press-printed invitations, escort cards that stick into the apples to double as a treat for guests, rustic ceremony programs, and a flag for the apple pie. Red Door Event & Design styled the table and pulled all of these fabulous details together just perfectly!
